If that makes you mad, definitely do not read the Wikipedia entry on Victoria, because one of the things they considered doing with (to, really) that character made me so mad I almost threw my computer on the floor.

Yeah, and most of my "conservative" friends have mostly abandoned the GOP. I can think of two lifelong Republicans I'm close with who voted for Clinton.

Think smaller. More legs.

I still reflexively refer to Hagrid as "HAY-grid" sometimes when I'm talking about Harry Potter (which is more often than you might imagine).

He can be two things!

I don't comment here a ton (partially because I'm usually reading Handlen's years-old Star Trek reviews), but I read the comments a lot and remember E. Buzz Miller coming up a lot, so despite not having an actual relationship with "him," it was tremendously surreal.

In a world of amazing euphemisms (I still love "dinner reservations for twelve"), his were some of the best.

If we're lucky, the world won't have ended for real before then. Or unlucky? Depends on your take on the situation, I guess.

Those hotels look weird as hell, but I still want to stay in the 2001-themed one even if it involves a crazed AI trying to kill me.

I was somewhat hoping for this as well. Then something from Common about how "there are rules," and maybe a joint

I don't know why, but it always pisses me off when a place puts prices on their menu as just numerals. It just feels dishonest in like the most obviously bougie way.

This is in large part why I've only watched "Scott's Tots" once. It's too much for me.

Yeah, there's no way to set up the idea of John Wick vs. the entirety of the underworld, particularly the High Table, and not follow through on it. Though I will say I'm a bit sad there won't be as much Continental in a Chapter 3.

Giovanni Ribisi is basically the only thing about Avatar that I don't hate.

I don't love all of Horner's work, but The Wrath of Khan is low-key my favorite score ever, and Glory and Field of Dreams are basically perfect.

The book's written, it's just been embargoed until all the statutes of limitations are up.

Hey, nobody likes being typecast.

I feel like if Max Landis tried like, 50% less hard, he might not be too insufferable to stand. As it is he's nearly out of the slack he purchased through Wrestling Isn't Wrestling.
