I would agree with the author if the game went out of the way to idolize or revere Reagan. I finished the campaign yesterday, and the scene with Reagan is identical to the scene with Gorbachev. His quirkiness for me grounds the film. Putting a more confident actor (in terms of typecast) would have quickly turned up the cringe factor

4-6 hours is short, but in a game where an enemy is almost constantly chasing you that kind of stops you from smelling the flowers. I’m also thinking that’s why such a sizable multiplayer was packaged with RE3.

(and even that may now be in danger).

Fallout 4 factions to me were just bland and uninspiring. While the new setting was cool, the new factions all felt really uninspired.  You also hit the nail on the head with the bit about the base building. While it was really cool, there was little point to doing it.

Neither of those have the comedy or wacky world building that is going to draw in people who don’t normally play shooters, which is a huge part of borderlands.

Pardon my ignorance, but Tesla was getting some solid safety ratings partly because of the frunk, right? There was no engine to get smashed into the cab.

Not that I have a horse in this race, I don’t even watch twitch outside of major gaming tournaments. I wonder if this same rule applies for ASMR......

I’m at work so I can’t try right now, but how difficult is this compared to say, Hot Sponge? I’ve beaten some levels on the popular side that have <.4% clear rate but I don’t think a single one has used shell jumping.

I would love to see Iron Tank added, many hours of my childhood were spent playing that.

This sums up the knee jerk reactions from gamers. If a triple A game is good the devs get tons of praise, if the game is bad you often see fans lashing out at the publisher.
