Just to nitpick a few things, whether a re-release or remake, animators wouldn’t make residuals on either. I assume you’re referring to writers, in which case, if it WAS a shot for shot recreation, they actually would likely be due compensation. But these are rarely ”shot for shot,”and most remakes, whether animated

For some reason I thought 3 was intended to be a final chapter, so was very surprised by the open ended ending. Fingers crossed they give Mantzoukas something to do this time around!

Something must be in the water, third time in a month I’ve seen something use the character monologuing from a distance gag (Shazam, Wine Country, and now this).

But to be fair, they’re all mostly shown to be misfits as far as criminals go, the only reason the rose to power is because Barry and his army buddies took out the heavy hitters in season 1.

No offense taken, my point was about the show giving no shits about him and your post just kind of reiterates that.

I don’t buy for a second that the unsullied and the Dothraki, who have been life and death across the seas battle after battle loyal to Dany would have just shrugged their shoulders at her murder..”eh, the murderer gets to live and his brother will take our Queen’s place as ruler? Ok guys cool beans!”

I love making Bran the king because it feels so much like an afterthought, like they got to the end and...uh...shit this character hasn’t been killed off yet?

Eh, the site could do just a bare minimum of info, I’ve come across similar annoyances of reading a recap because something about the headline drew me and in and having to go somewhere else to actually find out when and where the show is actually on. They have the show graphic in the article with the episode title and

The director behind that did end up doing a bunch of shorts in the same (and not so same) style following that, some were hit and miss, I did think it had actually found its legs when it got away from the anthology style shorts and moved into storytelling mode around the tournament, but it just kind of ended and never

5. The sacking of the city becoming an instant blowout was a weird choice.

The bigger problem I feel like is introducing how easy it was for Dany in this episode means, why didn’t she take out Euron’s navy in the last episode then? She just flew away and let Euron basically obliterate her soldiers sailing to Dragonstone, when all she really had to do was just come back around in a different

Yeah, they will, because they swerved away from it for plot reasons, not as part of some character arc. They wanted Cersei and Jaime to die together, so they rushed together some lazy writing for why their magical assassin can’t be the one to kill her. Now that’s out of the way, they’ll lazily write her back into

I know CleganeBowl is a thing because of how often I’ve read the portmanteau, but I genuinely have no recollection or idea why their feud/fight has been something we’ve been building to or waiting for.

Eh, my guess is this is all foreshadow to her turning her sights on Dany.

Well, since the title of the show is just the made up code name for Foley’s character, they could have just made up a different code name to literally call it ANYTHING they wanted.

I didn’t realize the show’s title was the full codename for Scott Foley’s character, I thought it was a combination of the code names of the two main characters. Something about it being the code name for just one character does make if feel like less of an earned title.

The hidden world of #2 was already too silly for me, could have very much done without the underground network of homeless assassins.

Like her claim that she’s the first plus sized woman to play a romantic lead, this sounds like more talking out of her ass., which I know, its crazy to claim someone is just talking out of their ass when they cite a full fledge “scientific analysis” to back up their point.

I made the complaint a season or two back when Dany first came to Dragonstone, and they came up with their military strategy but one of the armies got ambushed by Euron’s fleet, who had to leave King’s landing to catch them. Given Dragonstone’s location, there was no way Euron’s THOUSAND fleet navy sailed out of

Maybe its the too obvious a take, but I feel like the more natural fit for these actors would have been Rebel Wilson playing a posh rich girl conning guys who think they have the upper hand and are taking advantage of her, and Anne Hathaway being the boorish American who’s used her sexuality and looks her whole life
