In a vacuum, it’s fine for your personal collection. I can upload my own MP3 files for access anywhere I have a cell/internet connection.

Google Play was 100x better for me, much easier to organize and set up my playlists

Does anyone get YouTube Music for the music streaming and see YouTube ad-free as a side benefit? I thought it was the other way around. YouTube Music is garbage. Like you, I can’t go back to YouTube with ads.

Like, I agree, you probably don’t need to get vaccinated if you’ve already contracted the virus

Oh, you’re fine. Sorry for gettin’ in da way.

Pixel 4a 5G owner here — I’ve been using 12 beta for a week or so now and it’s had no problems as my daily driver. I haven’t had any app problems; Bluetooth works fine; camera does, too. YMMV and your caveats are appropriate, but it’s a lot more stable than some of the “finished” Cynogen mods I ran a decade ago.

My problem is that if I spent three figures on a pair of earbuds I might as well immediately throw one directly down a sewer train because that’s how my life goes...

Same boat. I finally bought a pair of wireless buds from Amazon for $30 and I’m sure they’re objectively crappy but they get the job done and I’m content ignoring how much better it could be if I spent 4 times more.

I have a pair of Anker $30 ones that I made my own molds for since I can’t use anything off the shelf in ear without it hurting after 10 minutes. I didn’t want to spend $200 on good ones to have it not work right anyway, so figured I could test with cheapo ones. And they’ve been great to the point that I didn’t feel

It’s almost like Apple forgot that the only reason iPods took off was when they made a version of iTunes for Windows.

Yup, I generally start with the 3-star reviews and find them to be the most honest.

I agree and for most breads I wrap them in a damp paper towel. Creates a little steam to soften the outside where it’s driest.

I don’t know, it’s kinda nice having well produced content you can put down afterward instead of a largely interesting series that gets cancelled after 2 seasons and makes you feel like you wasted your time. I’ve wanted at least one service to try this for awhile and I’ve enjoyed it with HBOMax so far, especially

The only thing I tend to lose is pens. But for the price of one AirTag, I can buy dozens of replacement pens :-)

I don't see the point of these things. Just put things in the same place every day.

Reagan’s 1976 “welfare queen” was based off of one woman who defrauded the government (and also kidnapped children and probably murdered some people), but was exaggerated into painting all people on government assistance as being lazy fraudsters often with racist undertones and used as a reason to shrink or end those

That and the discovery that you can be openly bigoted and still garner votes.

The GOP loses in a straight up policy discussion.  Every time.  They can’t win on strength of their platform.  That is why, in order to push their agenda, they fear monger.  They create a fear, then get votes by promising to opposed the baseless fear they created.  That and voting rule manipulation are the bread and

I’ve heard that the minimum effective dose for strength training in terms of general health is pretty low if it’s not something you enjoy. You aren’t going to get the same results as someone who goes to the gym multiple times a week and does barbell lifting, of course. But even just doing some bodyweight lunges and

But, maybe we can leave that between each person and their doctor and quit sticking our noses in where they don’t belong. No one would feel the need to defend themselves or others this way if people in general would just shut up about it and mind their own.
