How #1 should have gone down:

(used after an indefinite singular antecedent in place of the definite masculine form his or the definite feminine form her):

So many 'buy snow tires' posts... Cmon guys, the tires help but a tool is only as good as the user. I'd rather ride with a skilled snow-driver with typical all-seasons over the average American in an AWD crossover with studded snow tires when a big storm hits. If you can have the best of both worlds then great, but

I thought it was going to be useless at first, but hot damn, heated steering wheels are the best.

Is this an option for the BMW M4?

Heated seats are great if it's cold, but what's even greater is a heated steering wheel.

Proximity key / Keyless entry / Push start-button

I disagree with you on the heated seats, if you've ever lived in a cold climate it's a great thing to have.

Not only are heated seats great, but heated steering wheels are the knees of the bees.

Uh...no. You should spend a whole winter getting into a car with leather seats that sits outside 24/7 when it's below zero for weeks at a time.

I'll agree on the last two, but not the heated seats. You can have my heated seats when you pry it from my warm, toasty ass.

Wisconsinite here. Anyone who disparages seat warmers, remote start, heated steering wheels, etc, can kiss my frozen ass. It was -13 here this morning.

You clearly aren't from anywhere that gets cold. It was -40 this morning where I am, and having a seat that heats up faster than the rest of the car is worth. every. penny.

THE GLA IS NOT A WAGON. IT'S A TALL HATCHBACK.

All I can say is, "Good!". If calling it a sport-utility crossover activity vehicle is what it takes to get wagons back on the market, then sport-utility crossover activity vehicles they shall be called.

But it's not the point the article is trying to make. The article is saying that AWD isn't helpful. My point - and everybody else who's commented - can best be represented as:

If you want to wear tailor made you pay for tailor to make it...so far that's accurate, but selling a used tailor made suit is a totally different affair.

Wife: Mmmm hmmm... bout time yo ass got me dem extensions.

"Could be worse."
