Ohhhh... so that’s what it sounds like when someone actually attacks another person for their looks and appearance. I was so confused after the whole Michelle Wolf/WHCD with all the feigned disgust and indignity.

Christopher Plummer is a good actor, but playing Roseanne convincingly might be too much of a stretch even for him.
For some reason, since last October, I can’t see Sean Atsin without tearing up anymore. :(
I don’t think telling any developer to follow this model is a good idea. Sure they are pushing free updates which is great. But its only because they borderline scammed millions of people into buying a fraction of what they promised. Multiplayer was supposed to be in the game 2 years ago, when they said it was there.
Yep Coach and Nick’s mom not being the wedding (or at least being mentioned) bothered me
A big anti-applause to the people responsible for the decision to burn off most of the final season two at a time, and some hurled compost for the decision to air them in blocks that your guide & DVR see as solid hours (I hate whenever this is done).
Okay, after this episode I officially hate Ruby (or whoever wrote her as an annoying, petulant cliche of a teenager). The child actress doesn’t really help either, I don’t feel sorry for her in the slightest.
YEAR-ROUND BOARDING SCHOOL.
The fact that Ruby will be on this show for the next 4-5 seasons fills me with dread.
I did give a cheer when Lena told Kara that Supergirl using her relationships to manipulate her was worthy of her mother.
Unless I missed something, but why didn’t Patricia tell Supergirl that Sam crash landed to Earth and that the pod was still in the barn? Wouldn’t that be considered pertinent information for Supergirl and the DEO?
- Kara being so incredulous about Lena having Kryptonite is especially facepalming since it’s pretty common knowledge that both the comics and every adaptation has Batman keep a hunk of the stuff, at Superman’s request, in case the Kryptonian ever get out of control.
Never forget how great Dana Delaney’s version was.
I PEACOCK B99!
(Respectful) Counter argument: Ben was the best character.
The Mick’s willingness to just...injure the hell out of its cast in increasingly absurd ways never ceased to crack me up.
And you’re right re: Alba. She was great! I liked that the jokes around her never stemmed from her size or that she was an immigrant. It’s that she’s a damn hedonist now that she can be.
Last Man on Earth was a funny, original show, but I think was creatively out of gas.
I wanted to like it so much, because I love Adam and Craig. But the rest of the cast was really subpar, and the scripts were inconsistent.
Oh absolutely. Credit to the coloring as well, everything was so vibrant.
Russell Dauterman has been an absolute revelation on this title, too. Thor always looked just impossibly cool and badass, and the design for her armor and helmet were some of my favorite costumes in recent memory. Just really terrific stuff, a perfect fit for the high fantasy/sci-fi Marvel world.
