Ugh is right. It seems like there’s no man odious enough to not have a woman in their life. Look at Steve bannon, newt gringich, etc etc.

Tangential, it never ceases to amaze me that people who are as morally and physically repellent as Tim Murphy manage to have wives, mistresses, very complicated social lives. I didn’t read the Gazette aricle, but what would have driven a married woman into his clammy embrace? Ugh.

It never does. The pro-forced-birth agenda is about punishing women for having sex, not men. Men pressuring women to have abortions simply doesn’t appear on their radar, unless the dirty slut actually has the abortion, and then they violently hate her while still completely absolving the man.

I’ll leave this to Selina:

“My abortion is the only moral abortion,” said every anti-abortion person who gets an abortion anyway ever.

Unsurprising. GOP motto: good for me, not for thee.

Don’t do as I do, just do what I say should be the motto of the Republican Party.

Can you imagine Hawke and Biebs out on the town? I can, unfortunately.

I’m really disappointed that so many people commenting on this post just want to vent on this guy for being an idiot on gun control for so long. Yes, he was stupid, now he wants to change for the better. Any positive change, whether civil rights, women’s suffrage, LGBT rights etc. has required people who were wrong to

Agreed. I’ll watch Judy Greer in anything and listen to whatever the hell she wants to say.
Wow, I didn’t plan to be quite that definitive

I had absolutely zero interest in yet another Halloween reboot/remake/sequel but I’d gladly watch Judy Greer read insurance policy fine print and/or do dishes for two hours. Also, she’s capable of stealing scenes from foreground actors with just a facial expression (see The TV Set).

“...Nerd Daughter getting flirty with Joe...”

This was the most devastating thing I’ve ever watched on TV. I’d been dreading this moment EVERY SINGLE EPISODE ever since Gordon’s diagnosis. Scoot McNairy did an amazing job of capturing his innocence and optimism. I have been kind of depressed since watching :(

That Pilgrim game seemed to be similar to something like Myst that came out in 1993, but the graphics weren’t nearly as rich and well-developed, even though I think the TV time is supposed to be around 1996 now.

True, and we’ll weigh things differently. Although I hope we’d all agree that we won’t count Hitler’s love of dogs and vegetarianism as a redeeming qualities.

You’re right, you are much too good for this show. You should’t even own a television

Theyve all played villains, theyve all played the role of the most sympathized. Proof that “it gets better” but also that it can get worse. No one character goes so far off the deep end that they cant come back.. Hows the true resilience of those who have smarts can always survive.

I think this was one of the single best hours of episodic TV I’ve ever seen. I’m a 59 yr old lifer tech geek (complete with some Bay Area; Boulder now; still cranking with small high-tech co because what else would I do; etc.) and this show has connected with me at the deepest levels. They pretty much had ME die

Gordon’so dying moments were beautiful. I think we all were sad that he and Donna divorced and it was somehow... good that his final thoughts were of his life with her.

The last 10 minutes really hurt. Total gutpunch. I usually watch the replay to pick up on things I missed and I debated not doing it tonight but I’m glad I did. Watching it again really made me appreciate how well the show handled it. The tone, the lighting, music, and seeing a half reaction from everyone but not the
