I’m starting to get the impression the Lori Loughlin might not be a very good mother.

Yeah, someone over on Jez was asking why the media was crucifying Lori Loughlin and not Felicity Huffman.  This is exactly why.  Plus, Felicity Huffman’s crime is slightly more relatable (sort of) and pretty small potatoes compared to Loughlin.  

I somehow missed that he died and now I’m sad.

OMG I somehow missed the fact that Bruno Kirby had died (I was a hot mess in 2006 so this is not surprising).  But now I’m sad even though I’m 13 years late to the wake.

If any of these abortion-protesting Republicans had an ounce of empathy they wouldn’t be Republicans.  People say I overgeneralize and not all Republicans are bad people but I’d argue that you have to either be a bad person or unfathomably stupid to buy into that ideology. 

I literally don’t understand why she did what she did when she could have just gone the Dr. Dre route (distasteful but legal) and built a building.  It’s both bad parenting and monumentally stupid.

I once read an interview with an abortion provider who, several times during his career, had women who protested outside his clinic come to him for abortions.  They always thought that, of course, they weren't like those other slutty sluts and their situation was different.

I feel bad for the individual snake since she didn’t ask for her ancestors to be released into an inappropriate habitat by some dumb irresponsible pet owner.  However, the action was absolutely necessary and I get kind of annoyed by articles like this that make the situation seem like a joke since it’s difficult…

I would expect nothing less of a teenager.  No matter what your circumstances, as a teenager, everything seems like the end of the world.  

I agree. I mean, she’s obviously not going to starve to death but being a teenage girl sucks and being a teenage girl who is now suddenly thrust into the spotlight and dealing with a bunch of public shaming for something she didn’t even want to do must suck more. Being an influencer wouldn’t be my chosen career path…
