Came for the one liners - was not disappointed.

First off - outstanding work on this car. But its still CP. Seems the owner wants an extra $10k or so for all the TLC put into it. But I’m sure there’s an E30 obsessed taker out there that will see this and gladly pay it.

If you’re broke in 5 years after winning the Powerball - something tells me your life problems probably go much deeper than impulse buying.

Same. But I don’t lol. But that same sentiment tells me this won’t stay on the market for long. Someone with the cash that wants an E30 long roof will absolutely pay it. This beauty was handled with considerable care.

But Dubai said “no fuckin’ way”

The auto industry simply figured out a way to sell minivans, take out the big sliding rectangles and give it a SUV body style - and voila - the CUV was born (or SAV in BMW speak) . But hey can you blame them? Thats whats selling and ultimately - they make this stuff so they can make money car enthusiasts be damned-

Wow - who knew the Tesseract spent part of its life in what looks to be a late 90's Honda?

Thats one helluva camo job.

Bravo.

Trump creates a tariff problem that costs GM billions - then begs them to keep a plant open thats no longer profitable - huh???

They should’ve just stuck to the Escala Concept and been done with it - its like they watered it down and got about 80% of the way there. Lincoln did the same thing with the Continental and its concept. And why the blacked out C pillar??? That wasn’t even on the Escala... ughh Caddy you’re killing me.

Its a Model 3 slightly lifted and given a hatch. Not sure this qualifies for suv status.... But okay. And why the long wait? It's Model 3 bones and 95 percent Model 3 looks, they could be cranking these out the factory right now.

Wake me when Samsung figures out how to cloak the camera when not in use (no hole punch just all screen), only showing up when you select it and ready to use. I’m predicting we should get to that nifty idea sometime around... the Galaxy S20.

I was looking at one of these last summer as a second car to DD same year, pricing, miles, etc. - but this one of the reasons I stopped looking at them. The prices are very good and they still look great - but at the end of the day the logical side of my brain kept yelling at me saying “Hey! This is a VW with over

You win. Have a 15 year old - very accurate.

Yep - I’d put this in HP (Hassle Price) because if they can be hassled down to $6k then we’re good lol - because the trucks rep is solid and it looks solid - but just not at that price.

Only thing wrong here is the asking price. If they’d come down to say $6k I’d say NP. We all know that drievtrain is bulletproof and could go another 270k if maintained properly - I’d have no qualms about getting it -we’d just need to negotiate down some and show some proof of service records.

Amen. I hope the higher ups at GM read this. I truly do - they’ve been phoning it in for quite some time and it caught up with them. Its time they started leading the market and stop reacting to it halfheartedly - and reacting years later no less.

That was some Final Destination shit - Death trying to put things back in its proper order.

Figured it might be a Sierra - just remembered it had a GMC logo, but the comment stands lol.
