I live in Austin and was just in Whole Foods (the original flagship store, actually). I do buy groceries there because I’m single and can suit myself, but I know it’s too expensive and have been looking for something that will convince me to quit shopping there, and NOW I HAVE FOUND IT!

As someone with mental illness, who is also an asshole, I endorse this message ;-)

I like Marklepocalype myself ;-)

How could you leave out Westward Ho! It does have an exclamation point

It’s just her allowance

Yeah, I’m sure my money won’t make a difference, but I really don’t want to give it to them any longer. Mainly because of the duality of sacrificing women and no doubt some men, too, while maintaining their their progressive stance.

As the mother of a teen boy, I can attest to this. I just attempted to normalize porn as much as possible, and sometimes I’ll be like “SO HOW MANY HOURS OF PORN DID YOU WATCH THIS WEEK, SON?!?” so it seems as unappealing as possible. Ha.

Maybe you should talk about it with SOMEONE and get a new perspective. Cuz you sound like it was a shitty weekend, but you also sound like an entitled little girl.

I quite often imagine I’m Detective Benson. Your words are sweet sweet music.

I think you’ll find the note reads cofveve

Steady on!

Same!

They hit on me when I was in high school! Now they hit on my niece and my cousin-who are in high school! I know I just said this upthread, but it is a particular pet peeve of mine.

I grew up in the Bay Area and am so familiar with this treatment. I’m in my 40’s now, and see aging boomers try it on my niece and my little cousin. They are in high school. Fortunately they have been well schooled and will just say ‘buzz off, creep’. Our family catchphrase.

Substitute already for ahora, and you got it. I like yours better :-)

Why don’t you shop your own label? Are you boycotting it too?

It’s a pre existing condition, right?

I just saw this, and applaud your efforts.

I know! That poor horse.

A few years ago, my son and I were obsessed with the song Casimir Pulaski Day. Fast forward to the present day, age 16, and the one girl he liked at school died of a glioblastoma.
