My point exactly. The pups in every department aren’t necessarily car people. Give them proper benchmarks and history and they have a lesser tendency to screw things up.

Isn’t about the lap times at all. Most metrics for power to weight etc are mapped out well in advance. Track testing is one of the final measures to fine tune it for better behavior
