Miss my old '67. Stolen in 2001

I'm heading back to China for Spring festival. Hope to reunite with my little BYD F0 racecar.

Materials: $600. Time @ $100/hr. to develop what it takes to win: $9400

It's 1974 all over again.

Interestingly...I still peruse (and sometimes buy) issues of Hot Rod, Car and Driver, GRM; etc. at my local grocery store. I brought a couple home in December and found that I'd flipped through everything in about a minute. I forced myself to go back through and try to READ it like I did when I was young. Unable to

Ok, I'm left feeling a little flat after seeing the artistry of the rear this morning. This is a good thing because the cars I love most;-I didn't like for the first 4 years. LFA case in point.

that's f'in hilarious. Should have shown him this pic and told him to man up.

:), it's bigger than it looks...and bigger than comparable track cars.

Tadge, thanks for your ongoing Z06 efforts. I own a C5z and am very thankful for the backwards compatibility of components! :) I have a feeling that the ring time of the C7Z is very close to dipping below the 7 minute barrier at the 'Ring. Are their any plans to run it there when the weather turns to extract that

Doesn't look like it's going to hit 1100 comments in 3 hours.

I'm going to miss the old naturally aspirated 6.2. I'm guessing the Raptor and Ford GT engines are similar?

With the possible exception of the Tuatara, that is the most futuristic looking of even the hypercars. Can't wait to hear the specs and see the detail on the b/c pillar.

Yep, confirming West 6th in Cleveland as being the same as you're talking about.

He's not really saying it's a daily driver as much as a car you can drive to the track...kick some ass...and drive home again. Good suspensions aren't necessarily stiff ones....and he's still running a stock 993 motor...no cams/compression etc. The Gt3 isn't exactly a grocery getter either and I think I'd probably

Watching him go into corners from others dash-cams is a delight. They're all over the brakes and he's still in it. I'd like to run there someday in my old car.

I think you're missing the point. He never ever said a average '72 is faster than a 991 Gt3. He's saying HIS '72 is faster than a 991 Gt3 because of the time and effort he's put into it...which is way more impressive to me than writing a check. He keeps making incremental changes to pick up a few 10ths every year.

Seriously. No respect and no comprehension for what he's achieved. Codeword Oppo if you want to go somewhere with less wankers.

I can get a measurement from the bellhousing to the front of the accessory drive off my car. Are you able to get a 4.2 for comparison? I've always loved the sound of them
