I certainly haven't seen everything he was in, but I liked him in everything I ever saw him in.

A drink from a stranger in the street, huh? Sounds like the excuse sailors would give when they came up positive for marijuana on a piss test, "Man, I was at a concert and it must have been the second-hand smoke."

I read Martin Cruz Smith's latest, "The Girl From Venice." Not up to the quality of his other non-Renko books, but then, he's getting old and fighting some debilitating disease.

"Pillars" was a pretty good as I recall, though it's been 25 years or so since I read it. I never got around to watching the miniseries. I don't think the follow-on novel was quite as good.

Well, at least he didn't congratulate the Navy SEALs for their ball-balancing-on-their-nose talents.

Shelley Long was awesome in Caveman. Should have at least been nominated for Best Supporting Actress.

"the staleness of Allen’s “man’s man” schtick"
Considering the misogyny of our new administration, maybe he's in for a career resurgence.

This alone qualifies him as History's Greatest Monster. Mmmm-mmm, shoe leather!

He was the duke of cool. WTF was "Candy Man"???

I can never figure out which of his eyes is the glass one.

I wonder what's the point in that. I mean, whenever I have gone to a TGIF, it was to sit at the bar and have a drink. Fucking General Order #1.

Were you going to Columbia and was her last name Soprano?

D'ya like dags?

The only fast food joint I remember on the Boardwalk in Kandahar was Burger King. But that was 10 years ago and I was only there for 2 days, so I might be mis-remembering.

And fried chicken! We would make special trips out to Bagram from Kabul just to get an up-armored SUV-load of Popeye's.

He could have just held out his smart phone over the egg and snapped a photo.

He's the Boogeyman!

"I like National Parks whose natural resources are sold to industry!"

So, are there any biking or hiking trails?
