I dont understand how brazil, or any underveloped nation, keeps getting these games. First the world cup which they spent billons in public money while hospitals were crumbling near stadiums, now they get the Olympics which they dont have the infrastructure to support either. Underdeveloped nations shouldnt be winning…

That would require actually having friends.

This is a terriable idea, there is too much potential for abuse.
