I’d also argue a lot of the stuff on Acuras is the same way compared to the Hondas they shared a chassis with. SH-AWD was, for years, exclusive to the brand (I think the Passport and Ridgeline now use it under the name iVTM-4 or something similar), and the ILX, while still a *previous generation* Civic at its core, Read more

Yeah, one of the first mods I made to my GS was rebadging it as a Toyota. It has the infamous Toyota standard issue cruise control stalk. Otherwise the interior on it is quite nice for the age. The original LS was definitely a marvel, but the largely-forgotten original ES that was sold alongside it was literally a JDM Read more

Infiniti has always had the tatted up Nissan stigma. Acura has had one most of their history. The original Lexus LS was almost indistinguishable from any Toyota. It was a freaking marvel for the era. Lexus later went downhill to some extent, but have always had a lot of unique vehicles in the line and such distinctly Read more

I take issue with the idea that if a white woman says something negative about a WOC it’s automatically racist. And so is reducing everything to someone’s Read more

This isn’t going to get better. It’s going to get worse. I know at least 6 different people that took road trips with groups of various sizes out of state this weekend. Four of them went to Havasu to party, which is normally fun, but with how big the crowds get there, that’s probably not the best idea right now.

Pretty sure God is not housed only in a church and the states aren’t going house to house and taking away you’re scriptures. Enhance your calm.

i’m kind of like that too, I pay for a service that lets me read a bunch of newspaper strip comics, I rarely use it and cancelling a subscription looks like a pain, but because it’s so cheap(only 2.99 a month) the way I figure is its easier to just keep paying for it then to waste time trying to find a way to cancel Read more

It’s not like the arctic has any effect on ocean currents or weather or anything. I’m sure this will all be fine and have no unpredictable negative consequences at all.
