Exactly! Not that if I stopped to think about it, would I *not* think that a helicopter’s rear rotor was dangerous, but it just isn’t something I’d ever think about in my day to day life. ER fixed that for me.

My guess is it was probably an estate or family member who just wanted to get rid of the car and didn’t want to go through the hassle of taking it to auction and didn’t know something like BAT exists. Seems like everyone I know unloads their recently-stopped-driving parents’ cars at CarMax. 

That’s what I’m thinking. This is a great base for…something different. You’ll never get your money back no matter what you do to fix it up, might as well have fun with it. 

Considering the transmissions have like a nearly 100% failure rate at 75,000 miles, the fact that this has 74 and some change is, well, telling.

I know used car prices are crazy but…this is just too much. It’s one of the least desirable years of the Aero LTCs and the color is atrocious. There’s better options for $7500, even if you want a LTC. ND, should be closer to $5k. 

I’ve been out of the CVPI market for a while (used to buy, refurb, and sell as a hobby)…they’re going for that much now?! That’s crazy, wow. 

This is ABSOLUTELY the time to buy if you’re so inclined to “need” a truck like this. A few years ago it would probably be being offered for $25k. It’s not my taste but if you tow a camper, not a bad deal. 

I would love to see something fairly aggressive from the United States. Say, a 85% point-of-sale rebate for all EVs under $50,000 that phases out above $80,000. None of this tax rebate stuff, nothing that requires a deferred payment.

Aren’t these usually double or triple this price?Crappy gas mileage can’t be reducing the value that much since it’s unlikely this car will ever be a daily driver.  This is a suspicious NP vote, if everything checks out.

I had assumed that most states (that allowed private retail sale of alcohol) were like this - that that couldn’t limit alcohol sales (and frequently prescription sales) to members only. Although there seems to be very few states that actually allow private alcohol sales so 🤷🏻‍♂️

Good lord, that’s how I read it too. It took me seeing your comment, rereading the headline, rereading your comment, and then going letter by letter in the headline to figure out what it actually said.

PA is nice and just charges you tax on the actual sales price, but you have to sign an affidavit with an explanation if the sales price differs from the NADA value.
