One does not get evicted for having a similar apartment to another tenant. One gets evicted for being in material breach of their lease. Evicting tenants is QUITE difficult.

Your whataboutism is tiresome and misses key differences. Even if we don’t like many aspects of trade relations with China, we still benefit from it through affordable consumer goods.
