That is a valid point, except that Thor himself engages in some high-level tomfoolery of his own, starting from Ragnarok and then carried over into Infinity War and Endgame. Thor could be a more entertaining straight man if he wasn't quipping and making a show of overconfident bravado himself.

I hear what you’re saying. In the first two Guardians movies, it was made clear that for all his silly antics, Star Lord really is quite clever and skilled in a number of different fields. He also has more depth as a character, his silliness at least partly a mask to hide is real emotional turmoil.

Re: Avengers on Ice. I think I have discovered the problem...

He writes a few of the stories too. The conceit of the whole series is that each book consists of a series of short stories that are more or less interconnected and different writers are sort of “in charge” of a specific viewpoint character. The characters do interact sometimes, and later books develop more specific

For real, I am really curious about the copyright implications here. On the one hand, I assume the people making the projects themselves are not making any money, but the people who created and run the Dreams program are certainly making money from that content.

I had read somewhere that WoT was originally supposed to be “only” six books long (qualified because each book is roughly twice as long as most fantasy novels of that time). And you can kind of see that skeleton where the first three books are about the main character awakening to his destiny and introducing himself

Wasn't there some TV show about a guy who cooked and sold his own meth, using his knowledge as a high school chemistry teacher? From what I remember, a few people seemed to like that show.

Lol.

Hah, I think there are important things to worry about than the monkey. Now if you forgot the TIGER’S name, we’d have trouble! Lol

This made me literally lol!

When Jorah got grey scale and went full on, “I don’t wanna be friends, I’m a nice guy, why can’t you love me back!?” I 100% expected his next move after Dany sent him away to “find a cure” (aka “get away from me with your gross leprosy”) was to use himself as a living bio-weapon. Like try to sneak into some enemy

Apu is in this movie? I hope he is played by Hank Azria!

Wasn’t there another subtle MCU connection in Incredible Hulk? I want to say that at the film mid point, Emil Bronsksy was initially given a weaker version of a super soldier serum —a nod to Captain America without mentioning him by name. Also, I sort of love the fight scene he has with Hulk at that point. I mean

Wrong actor I know, but...

All the “Ned is alive!” theories remind me very much of all the Final Fantasy VII rumors about “ways to make sure Arieth survives/is resurrected.” People just really like a character and cannot accept the author(s) planned for them to die as part of the story.

That and Ice was eventually melted down and made into two different swords...

Most hotel parking lots have a disclaimer that they are not responsible for any theft or property damage to your vehicle if you park there.

That is a valid point. Such concepts are entirely subjective.

I think the key line there is "*was* a jolly, happy soul..."

I was wondering about the references to USS Liberty since that stood out to me in both scripts. Long story short, The USS Liberty was a US Navy technical research vessel that was attacked by the Israeli Navy in 1967, resulting in 34 deaths. There is apparently some controversy over whether or not the attack was due to
