You must specify the differences in the 2JZ-ge. the non-vvti bottom end is nearly identical to the GTE. Same rods, crank minus the oil squirters. It has a thinner headgasket so the compression is higher but overall it can hold the same abuse as a GTE if the HG is swapped.
