They did a great job detailing under the hood, though.

Went ND but honestly I’m just not a Jeep guy.
The WJ Grand Cherokee is better in every way, I6 or V8, and can be had in the same condition for the same money.
Semi-reluctant ND on this. It’s anecdotal, but my dad had two of these from the same era. (I think at least one of them was also a 95.) The first one was like a tank, and the second one was a complete basketcase with no end to the problems, including self-disassembling transmission after one year, and he took care of…
This is also a classic car now - it’s 30 years old, and the ZJ was absolutely one of the era defining cars, so of course a nice one is going to have some collectability to someone (not saying their name rhymes with Navid Stacey because this isn’t a Holy Grail 5-speed).
Well to be fair based on inflation from 2004 to 2024 this is a bit of a bargain, $7500 in 04 is about $12,500 in 2024 dollars.
I applaud them not cutting this one up, but I think the price is a touch high.
I’ll never understand car prices. My first vehicles was a ‘97 I6 4x4 ZJ with 65k miles. That was early 00s, maybe 04ish, and I paid $7,500 for it. To this day that was one of the best vehicles I ever owned: it had the most comfortable seats, could off road really well with just AT tires, the back was spacious, great…
ND, at 67k miles it’s right about to have some famous Jeep troubles. I don’t care if it sold already, there’s suckers born every minute.
It’s 30 years old. ND.
I was on the fence, but seeing as it’s gone, NP, I guess. I was a little skeptical of the owner’s rationale for selling, but on the other hand, Bay area pricing.
I’ve been crashing into this building for 30 years just because I fucking hate it.
Here ya go. And it’s down the road in Bend, so even if it has to be hauled in, it’s not that far.
All too often barriers like that just cause the car to jump and hit the second floor instead of the first.
Everyone in that video, except for the white-haired neighbor, uses excessive vocal fry and it hurts my ears.
Some big rocks would probably do it, that and getting rid of the gas line. NW Natural sucks anyway.
PBOT is terrible, even by the standard of incompetence of Oregon government agencies. Bike Portland is full of stories about terrible road designs and failure to address bad spots
I suspect you are correct, if you look at the house opposite the curve there is clearly plywood up. So the REAL question, is why isn’t there a stop sign. It’s a “three way” intersection, Wielder street comes down and “curves” to the left, it’s less a curve and more just a T intersection. The street on the right side…
I think I found it through the news source up there.
How about an address so we can google map that curve?
