He doesn't sound like a genius.

Hard pass for me.

We have a year and a half until our Kia Soul is paid off, but we’re also moving house to a place where we will be charged 1/4 of the market rent so we may pay it off early.

Fuck Ted Cruz and fuck you for defending him.

ND in Houston Texas. No AC is a no go here in Sweatland...

It worked for Henry Ford...

My Chevette was similar. It took ~ a quarter mile to reach 60.

NP. As long as it's running that is a good price.

I remember that I traveled in one as a rental car and I was able to get paid for sleeping in the car (we could bill for travel time).

We got our used 2016 Kia Soul+ a few years ago and we have about a year to go to pay it off. I got a decent interest rate (<6%)...the only thing I think I got hosed on was the extended warranty.

This is not news. IIRC a whole ship was bought for this very purpose (send used cars to Africa) a decade or two ago.

I guess I don’t feel too bad for getting into a 2016 Kia Soul+ with ~70K miles for 60 months at 7% a few years back. Still paying about $259 a month.
