Or even a Carlos Taveres?

Lord knows that would never, EVER happen today...can you imagine a Musk or a Barra doing that?

The founder of Buick himself had a similar trajectory. David Dunbar Buick, who was Scotch, not French, was ousted from the Buick Motor Company in 1906, receiving a single share worth $100,000 at the time (equivalent to roughly $3.4MM today), by William C. Durant himself. Contemporary sources paint him as every bit the

had more fingers in more transportation pies than a hundred grandmas could bake.

Uh....hmmm...

Durant was a crappy businessman. Sloan did the heavy lifting to make GM what it became.

Durant said “This will be bowling without beer and it’s going to be done.” He believe bowling was a family friendly activity, not just for men.

Whoever pays $6k for this car DESERVES to own and drive it.

$600 and I’ll take it and part it out.  Otherwise, no way is it even worth half that money!

It looks like the racoons are still actively living in it.

There are people that train the sensor and put it in a pressurized PVC tube at 35psi so that all they have to do is open the tube to remove the sensor.  Beats having to pop the tire off each time.  Still think if you are selling a car you should address that first.

I have an 09 Escape and the TPMS light has been on for me since 2014.  Ford used absolute garbage for that system.  I gave up replacing the ones in the wheels since they frequently lost the connection.  So of all the faults of this car, that isnt one.

:,D I sold my black 2009 Focus SES six years ago for like $1,800 canadian dollars, and it was in wayyyyy better shape than this piece of trash!

Woah there’s even grass growing out of the tires! /s

The photo with the TPMS fault and an 1/8 tank of gas is really the chef’s kiss on the whole thing.  I’m guessing the door was open when the photo was taken but I can totally see a faulty door switch sensor being part of the deal too.
