Last time I seriously considered buying from this particular dealer was in 2011 when cross-shopping the then-new swoopy Elantra and Cruze. I ended up in the Cruze, in part based on the dealer experience. And a manual Elantra was just not available, while manual Cruze Eco's were sitting on lots.

I won’t be back until that’s gone.

Bye.

You dumb bitch

I was going to fetch the obligatory Willy Wonky “Stop. Don’t. Come back.” gif, but you’re not even worth the effort.

My thinking exactly. All dealerships outside of buy here pay here scumbags are basically the same. And really the buy here pay here guys are just a shittier dealership experience. Don’t be afraid to walk away if they act stupid. And definitely read everything carefully. Their job is to screw you. If you’re pre-approved

What’s with the promotion of a Marxist organisation at the top of the page?

Gurl, bye!

Bye bitch.

You say Marxist as if you know what it means...

That’s just not an accurate representation and I doubt you have even been in a Hyundai dealer to seriously shop for a car in the last few years. You’re just amplifying an internet myth.

All these people complaining about Hyundai dealerships need to visit a BMW dealership to get put in their place. Then when they start to feel like Hyundai dealers aren’t so shitty then they can wander into the Ferrari dealership parking lot and have the salespeople call the cops on them and forcibly be removed from

I’ve never been bothered by others demonstrating their insecurities online; it’s sorta sweet that they feel safe to open up like that 😜

I have high expectations for the Santa Cruz. It will be a very good choice for 80% of truck buyers. Of course it will be ridiculed by owners of “real” trucks and legions of Hyundai haters.

I’ve been to about... 5 different Hyundai dealerships over past 9 years. I’d say it was rather positive. Staffs were always nice and gave me good feedback on the maintenance. Warranty works? more like “we already took care of it” I’m expecting some major scheduled maintenance soon. The car’s almost a decade old. The

do you only have the one hyundai dealer? there are 6+ within 50 miles of here. but i live in alabama where the major plants are so maybe thats why

Let me offer reason for hope. I spent time today with the owner of multiple KIA stores. He spoke at length on his view of “change or die”. He’s upgrading facilities, gone non-commission sales staff, fixed pricing, 7 days no questions return, replacing employees and managers who don’t fully buy into the “customer

Hyundai has some good cars, but their dealers, at least in my area, are awful. I’d rather buy from a dealer who isn’t overtly out to flush my wallet.

New cars are a commodity. Each model comes from one assembly line as far as I know. Why not shop online, buy out of town, and fly out to drive it back on a road trip?

I will never understand why people use “bad dealership” excuse. My experience is these are the dealers who all suck at math and can be taken for a ride, if you come in with a strong hand (excellent credit, down payment money and finance options). If you can’t stay in command of negotiations then I don’t know what to
