No problem; pick up a used 2015 for $10K or so. Older ones are cheaper.

I rode in one of these in high school. IIRC it only had 3 passenger doors.

Ford tried the GT 40 but made, like, ten of them. And sold them for hundreds of thousands.

Try a *real* copy of the original Ford Ranger with a 5 speed manual and roll-up windows and a normally aspirated four-cylinder, and sell it out the door for $14K all included, $15K for automatic. And get sales people to punch

When I think of Matamoros I think of Spring Break and cheap Corona 20-packs in beat up recycled bottles.

When I hear Matamoros I think of the Mexican city in Tamaulipas, across from Brownsville, TX.

I have been there to buy cheap 20-packs of Corona beer in beat-up recycled bottles as a Padre Island Spring Break tradition.

That video didn’t have any Mexicans. I’m somewhat perplexed.

Interesting that there are few enough of these planes that individuals can remember working on them.

Ineos is an oil company AFAIK. Still clickbaity as all hell though.

I guess it will remain on the list of aircraft I have never flown in. By far the bulk of my travels were on 737s and MD-11s, with the occasional Embraer ERJ thrown in, from Houston to New Orleans, Mobile, Birmingham, Atlanta, etc.

Social responsibility isn’t fun sometimes.

Ejected from the game!

This has been basically going on (in various forms) since the first black people were brought here in chains in 1619.

You want them to stand by and fo nothing?”

Re: the headline: Some things surprise you more than others.

Union members sit on corporate boards in Germany. One thing the US needs to copy IMO.

Living in a van down by the river just got a lot more comfortable.

“I canna find a reply to that.”

Last time I was on the Big Island of Hawaii I drove a rented Jeep Wrangler from Hilo down to the Volcanoes National Park.

I can’t say much about the driving dynamics of the Jeep but I did split my lip by running into the back of a sign in the lava-induced blackness as the park was closing at sunset.

What did the sign

Brand new cars: Rental car companies need to renew their fleets. Company cars (which are almost all leased) need to be changed.
Used cars: And sometimes people get into accidents and need a new (used) car.

No A/C in Houston makes it a CP no matter what condition it’s in.

Too bad I don’t live in LA where this might be a reasonable alternative.

I don’t think Buick is going anywhere.
Last time I looked (I admit it was a while ago), they were bigger in China than in the USA.
