When we first got cable in the mid 80's A&E was Arts & Entertainment, all episodes of Biography, and BBC dramas. I’m glad to see they’ve continued to keep it high brow.

Wait a minute... “NEW team?” They’re not bringing back the guy who’s scared of trees and his trusty protege?

I believe Jason Hawes is a bit of a "prepper". Maybe 12' Casper is why.

I loved Ghost Hunters. It was awesome in the same way the Ramones were. “Wow! Four retarded guys have a show! (Band)“

I’m excited for the World’s Biggest Ghost Hunt! I hope it looks like Caspar except 12 feet tall!

HELLS YEAH. I used to enjoy watching this and what felt like an armada of spin-offs years ago. I even recall feeling vaguely sad when I spent a Halloween night hanging out with a friend instead of sitting in front of my TV watching that year’s Super Duper Halloween Ghost Hunt Featuring Random Celebrity/Celebrities

so what’s the fanbase you’re the most ashamed to be associated with? because star wars fans are really high up there, challenging the longtime champions: rick and morty, and the general concept of video games

Are you just trying to imagine the gold that O’Neal would have spun out of this material? It’s best not to think about it and just pretend this site was always mediocre.

The worst thing about it is the attempt to make a “universe”.

Yah she is not the villain in that movie, Tom Cruise’s undead zombie buddy is and Cruise turns into Dracula at the end, I think

The central mistake for that whole Dark Universe idea was that the audience would be not rooting for the monsters and would instead want to root for ‘heroes’ fighting the monsters.

I enjoyed that dumb movie and was stupidly excited for the larger universe it represented. I’m a sucker for both Wolfman and CFtBL, so I was all in. And fat Russel Crowe always makes me smile.

whether it’s because she’s great in the role or just because she’s a qt, I think maybe Boutella did too good a job because I was definitely rooting for her to kill everyone else in the movie.

There’s definitely a lot of stuff there that’s compellingly odd. Tom Cruise is trying to do some kind of Chris Pratt thing, which you’d understand why they’d want that in 2017, but coming from a dude in his mid-50s he just gives off uncomfortable divorced dad vibes.

The setpieces are pretty fun. Dr. Jekyll’s collection of heads and stuff was kind of cool, too.

It’s such a dumb, bad movie but any time I’m flipping through the channels and it’s on one of the premium channels, I’ll stop and watch it. Honestly, though, if the movie had been about the Mummy and less about the rest of the dopes, it could have been a great movie. Boutella was terrific in the role but tragically

The AV Club just straight up showing snuff films now.

I just cut mine open to see what was inside.

Came here to say this as well. I’ve always thought he was great, but I’ve never been much of a late night talk show fan. This format is perfect for him, and it’s kind of ruining other interview podcasts for me as most of them seem to drag in comparison. And he has struck gold with Sona and Matt as sidekicks.

I’ve always big a fan of Conan, but I have never laughed out loud as hard and as consistently as I have during his podcasts!
