I agree with much of this but the bounty system does seem off to me. For example, there is no way I’ve found a way to rob a train outside of a story mission without getting the law on you and a bounty before it’s over. This includes using a mask, clothes I’ve never used before, a new horse and stopping the train on a

Has anyone had luck getting preorder bonuses for PS4?  I entered the code, downloaded and even got a message going in the game that the content has been “installed” but can’t find any of the content....

This is how I beat it too, minus the lightning resistance armor - my set was originally -4 lightning so I did have a few close calls. My palico also put it to sleep twice which helped immensely.

Reminds me of a place I looked at when trying to find a new apartment some years ago. The apartment complex was “gated”. Problem was there was only a gate on the entrance, not the exit right next to it. It wasn’t like the gate was broken, they didn’t even bother installing anything in the first place.

Not sure if you passed him already but one of the Radobaan armor pieces has bleeding resistance. I don’t think it prevents but will slow it down. Also, what helped is my palico has a sleep weapon so it did put him to sleep once and two mega barrel bombs to his head while sleeping really knocked him down. The tail is

Even with a full face helmet you’re not guaranteed safety. I had a bee get sucked up under the chin bar of my helmet and then proceed to angrily buzz around between my eyes and the visor, finally settling on the nose piece of the helmet and we began what felt like a very long stare down on who was going to make the

They’re actually the same MSRP - I imagine someone would gravitate towards it if they don’t like the CB500F’s transformer looks and want something closer to a classic feel.

I have a Striple R and also don’t find any distance riding as a problem at all and actually better than any other bike I’ve ridden

I think BMW is doing the same thing with the nineT. I wonder if this may be the new fad for luxury motorcycle companies to name their products, much like how car lulu curt manufactures naming cars with random letter/number combinations... and lesser car companies jumping on that bandwagon.

This is my question. If I remember correctly the difference is a $500 savings? I can see in Europe with their restrictions on HP/power to weight/etc for certain licenses they can snag some people that really want a Duc, but in the US I wouldn’t think this makes sense.

You summed up my thoughts exactly. The more options available the better it is for everyone.

“But at least those tools are designed well for the job they’re supposed to do”. Maybe that’s what’s tough for you... with the ADV styling and some of the marketing has you thinking that they’re supposed to be as awesome touring as a sport tourer and as great eating off-road as a dirt bike. Maybe the job it’s supposed

I think the thing about ADV bikes for most people is the styling and thought that they could do some off-road. I imagine the largest segment of riders out there aren’t using their rides for their intended purposes... It’s like people that buy a $50k pickup truck and never use it as a pickup truck. They think it’s cool

I have an FZ6R too. What exhaust are you running with?

I would not go for an Uber ride on a motorcycle... motorcycling has its risks that I can help reduce through my own actions. Riding on the back of a motorcycle with someone who is a complete stranger doesn’t fit well into me trying to reduce risk. They could be even safer and more experienced than me but they could

I think the problem is though that Americans aren’t thinking about the daily commute but also the other things that we all do... my commute to work is 7 miles one way but an EV won’t work for me as visiting family in Toledo is a 120+ mile drive let alone any day trips I commonly do. Since the US’s transportation

I agree with you on this and your prior post - you captured my thoughts. I’ve only been riding for a year and I’m sick of hearing over and over the “It’s not if but when you crash” comment. I drive and ride like everyone is out to get me already... as much as I hear how motorcycles are death machines from non riders,

Ah - sounds like one of your friends is a fan of sending edible arrangements.

I wish this was a motorcycle that they’d give to you for a few weeks. It sounds like a lot of the time you were almost relearning how to ride. I wonder what your thoughts would be after spending a lot more time with it than a day and a half.

Holy hell. Thanks for pointing that out as I didn’t notice either. At 6'2", I’m not sure how I’d pull that off.
