I think that's lovely!
I think that's lovely!
That was totally part of my deal this week! Period induced racing thoughts before sleep are terrible.
I love it!
Crafting and Parks and Rec. that sounds amazing.
Anxious jezzies, how are you coping this week? My anxiety got really terrible to the point where I was up way too late imagining all the terrible things that could happen to my kids.
No suggestions, just hugs. You can be supportive and loving and also grieve for what is no more. We don’t live in a world that is entirely safe for the trans* community. It makes sense to have a heavy heart.
Really? Because I have only seen articles mocking Bernie and then really positive articles about Hillary. I could be wrong, but my experience has been that they strongly favor HC.
Is this an indication of the end of Jezebel’s love affair with Hillary? Because what kind of evidence can you get to disprove an assault that happened in a different decade?
And she wore camo pants and flip flops, so I bought camo pants and flip flops.
I literally laughed out loud at #15, and I'm dead inside.
My chin must be the only part of me that is out of the closet/is aware of any closet existing! Ha!
I get a sick satisfaction out of plucking those wirey little suckers. Such a sense of accomplishment.
I love all of this. When my sister was horrified after I mentioned plucking my chin hairs, I said, “NBD. Tina Fey talked about waxing her beard once.” Female comedians who normalize normal bodily experiences make it so much easier for me, the lay person, to love and accept my normal bodily experiences. It's a big deal…
My kids LOVE the female birds, because they get the sweet camouflage.
Didn't get that from you at all. Just reminded me of how common that rhetoric can be, and it usually takes working with survivors to understand the nuance to it.
Didn't Ahmed Mohamed show us that we have zero tolerance for clocks? Clocks we can do something about. Guns, on the other hand...
Sending you all the hugs. I can't even imagine the stress and anxiety you are shouldering.
I don't think it will matter to those with the power to make a change until it is the building that they're in.
I mean, the most important thing for all those who died or were injured is that they still have their second amendment rights. Or had. (dry heave)
Hugs.
