When I saw her pull out the knife at the start of the ceremony, I was actually waiting for her to turn it on herself to avoid being forced into marriage.

I hadn't heard that, but funny stuff.
Man, Nyssa keeps getting screwed over!
There's being able to hold your own and kick ass. It's another thing to do it against three LOA dudes with swords. I mean, unless Nyssa transferred her fighting skills to Laurel just by touching her or something, that's hard to believe.
Yeah, she's been such a badass character. That was disappointing to see.
So, was Nyssa locked up awaiting her wedding? Would've liked to see more of her in the episode.
Oh, I agree it's the least of the problems. Still, watching it was kind of jarring, like, right. She can go hand-to-hand combat with these dudes. LOL.
I agree with the review that the ending scene of Team Arrow getting bioweapon'd in the cell lost a lot of its punch since YOU ALREADY KNOW OLIVER IS PLAYING RA'S. It robs the scene of its effectiveness. I'm basically assuming Oliver or maybe even Malcolm somehow switched out the chemical in that tube to just be some…
Laurel being able to take on three sword-wielding League of Assassin members without much of a problem made me LOL. I get that Nyssa has been training her, but …
Thea to Malcolm: "Don't think I forgot the whole reason Ra's is in our life is because of you."
It bothers me like no other that there is no consistency as to how Ra's' name is pronounced on this show. Decide if he's referred to as "Ra-shh" or "Ra-z" … but having different characters use different pronunciations is grating, IMO.
Really enjoyed Nyssa in this episode, especially when she tried to fit in with everyone else. Fun seeing that side of her. "I *am* normal."
"It's a long story … as most fake-death stories are." One of the funny lines, from Felicity, despite the dark tone of the episode.
I enjoyed the final scenes between Thea and Felicity. Nice to see them interact after all this time.
One of my favorite lines, courtesy of Thea: "My dad's a supervillain … and you left the door unlocked."
Well, Thea had no clue who Oliver was after coming out of the Pit while in Nanda Parbat, so not having a bunch of scenes together at that point is understandable.
Ha yeah, there have been other storyline issues too. Just funny how he's been pursuing Oliver to become heir and now that he is, he's a sidekick.
I liked the take charge Felicity in this episode. More of that and less crying going forward, please.
They need something to transfer Thea and her body from the hospital to Nanda Parbat. I don't think the hospital would just let them walk out with her not knowing where they were going and how they getting there.
As a writer, I'd go with Ra's' as being the grammatically correct version.
