Too bad the civilians weren't jacked up on Mirakuru. Would've made it more believable when they broke down the fence and took on weaponized aliens.

"Thanks, James." — Cat casually calling him out as Guardian. Simple yet perfectly executed. Cat's prescence in this episode was great.
As I hold out hope on the long shot that "Timeless" gets renewed, it was cool to see her show up as the baddie in this episode.
In that last scene on the couch between Lena and Kara, did anyone else get a vibe that Lena might have put 2+2 together and figured out that Kara = Supergirl?
I want to be BFFs with Drunk Snow. That was great.
I totally agree.
As a journalist myself, I was glad to see Kara get fired because it was about time that happened. I realize in TV shows, especially superhero ones, it requires having some leeway about keeping things "real."
Thought that was easily one of, if not the best episode of the season.
Two straight episodes without any James. Can't say I noticed his absence. Haven't been missing his character/storyline, which has often been brutal.
I liked how near the end of episode when they were hanging in the apartment Kara used her super powers to heat up the food and then spy on Alex while she was talking with Maggie outside.
Apparently James learned to fight through osmosis. There's no reason he should look that good and efficient when he fights at this point. And with those back flips and moves through the air, I'm assuming he's secretly been into parkour.
Anyone else notice the blatant wedding dress in the storefront window that was framed between Emma and Hook when she told him "I love you" … foreshadowing perhaps?
Always feels like the show/story drags when it's centered around Henry. He's basically just acting as a hormonal kid going through puberty/teenage years. Yawn.
I'm hoping they build off of this for Hook and put him back into adventure/quest storylines, even if it's working alongside someone like Charming.
Three things:
Um, why is The Luck of the Irish not being shown during this marathon?!
Given that Felicity isn't wearing her engagement ring in the flash-forward scene, I'm assuming that's a hint of the drama to come between Felicity and Oliver. I hope it's actually compelling and rehashing old issues because that would be boring.
Since Felicity wasn't wearing her engagement ring in the flash-forward scene, I'm guessing her and Oliver's relationship is about to get rocky.
That's a valid point.
When Dark Swan fell for Dark Hook's trick of morphing into Henry to get Excaliber, it was like, c'mon girl. Hook was literally right there 0.5 seconds ago and suddenly you're just handing the sword to "Henry" — the sword you literally need to save everyone. Put 2 + 2 together! SMH.
