Who cares how you feel?
Who cares how you feel?
Fuck this made me cry. :(
I don’t believe in miracles or any of the divine shit or whatever.
That gives me a little hope! I don’t see the Medicare changes playing out well politically. Seniors need their Medicare and they aren’t afraid to vote.
Wow, they used to make us olds read that in grade or middle school. It’s a Twilight Zone kind of short story.
Omg it’s soooo good! As an Old, it’s something we read in school.
This might actually be the best thing, of any kind, I have seen this year.
Yeah, it’s spelled either Dunder or Donder. It’s also Blixem or Blixen. I’m one of those weird trivia people that knows shit like that.
i thought that as well. i always look for an author’s email address when i see an easily explained odd word use, i prefer to email them rather than post it, but hannah only lists her twitter.
She still doesn’t get the difference between reprise/revise.
Surveillance footages reportedly shows a group of women stealing a package from Hulk Hogan’s porch.
I cannot for the life of me get why people don’t get this. This isn’t looking for a minority mentor. This is someone deliberately misrepresenting a conversation for attention and advocate street cred. She threw a colleague (in the loosest sense) under the bus when that colleague didn’t deserve it. She got called out…
This isn’t like running up to a person using a wheelchair and asking “What’s your community’s stance on the ADA?”
That house Asian thing is particularly bullshit when Cho has put herself out there as a critic of Swinton getting the role. It’s like, “I speak for Asians when I say we’re upset at you.” “Can you explain why you think people are upset about this thing, so I can understand.” “This bitch thinks I speak for Asians, fuck…
Wait, what? Swinton knew and respected Cho’s work, knew that she had a strong opinion on the issue, and asked to be put in touch to understand Cho’s point of view.
It really feels like lose/lose for Tilda here.
I’m really curious. Cho set herself up as someone the media would continually turn to about this issue. Why wouldn’t someone else turn to them for their opinion? Tilda was asking what the issue was and got a response, Cho said she should be more aware and Tilda said great, I am also giving voice to Asians.
Cho has made herself one of the main voices of this debate and was publicly criticizing the movie and Swinton. If someone does that, they can’t then claim that if someone wants to talk about it with them that they are being turned to as the only Asian in the room. She has set herself up as an expert on this issue for…
Ugh, hard pass. Can’t stand this classless woman.
