Phone hacking more than likely happened, given his family were quite famously hacked and his sister-in-law was hacked over 100 times and were thus compensated for it, but they were able to cite when it happened.

He has not presented evidence of hacking here. And with the old hacking for over a decade ago the people hacked most were Kate and Chelsy.
