Honestly, I can't imagine any of us being able to give you a meaningful reply, as I would guess most of us have seen this show from the beginning and can't really see these characters through fresh eyes.  Also, this is only the season premiere of a show that's just lost its primary cast member and is still trying to

Well, obviously, Parks & Rec was funnier overall, and is, at this point in both series' lifespans, a far better show.  But, yes, no single moment therein made me laugh as hard as I did at Dwight attacking Meredith with a fire extinguisher.

Call it as broad as you want, but the fire extinguisher got the biggest laugh of the NBC/FX comedy evening from me.

To answer the question posed in the alt-text, yes, I will be thoroughly annoyed if Spader wins an Emmy where Carell did not.  As I imagine most reasonable TV enthusiasts will.

Remember when we always used to ask if Zack was going to review DS9?  Good times.

How can she not know she's a lefty?

Do you mean "wuv"?  With an Earth 'W'?

I love the way Data mimics Picard's mannerisms once he becomes Captain.  It's a great and somewhat subtle visual gag.

Isn't BBT's track an actual audience?

Roughing the Writer, 15-word penalty and an automatic first draft.

Yeah, I was definitely referring to DirecTV.  Good thing I made sure to check my recording settings, as BB and BBHD read as two different shows to the DVR.

I'm sure Jesse sees it that way, but I'm not sure it's so much that they trust him as much as using him was their only play.

Clearly you have never heard Jon voice Jason on Home Movies.  I'm with you on Warburton, though.

Griffin is Rebecca Mader's character, not Brent Spiner's.

Yeah, there are definitely ways to put believable limitations on her power that would make it useful in some situations but not others, so it is neither a crutch nor a constant irritant for the writers.  Why they chose to employ none of them is beyond me.

Loved the episode, but it feels like a little bit of a cheat that Mader's character was invisible to us. Though having her be visible to us and invisible to the characters would remove the admittedly-awesome reveal using the other building's security camera, I think it could have been made up for by the weirdness of

Which, really, makes no sense.  If you survived when stabbed in those places, wouldn't you stab the other guy in somewhere else?

Yep.  They made it a point to show his scars from the incident as he was leaving prison in the opening montage.

I don't know, Otto is pretty damn terrifying.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you who absolutely hate season 3 watched it live vs on DVD?  I burned through it in 3-episode chunks over the weekend and didn't think it was that bad, but can definitely see how it could be tedious if watched weekly.
