Unser better be careful that Boyd Crowder doesn't blow up his house.

@avclub-4b7a2cf08c2e361d9f8c481c7eaac2e8:disqus , that depends on if such a "firewall" would be able to identify the image virus as a threat.  I get the sense that his individuality was much more readily detectable.

I probably would of seen that if I had looked a little closer.  I guess I loose.

I believe you owe someone a royalty check if you are using those terms in your own book.

Then it would have been the first time Worf proved adept at repelling humanoid intruders on the bridge in Federation history.

"Milkrun, why did your delivery to a Lwaxana Troi on Betazed take two hours?"

Honestly, it feels like more of a production error than anything else.  I mean, where the credits for the ep show up in relation to the title sequence itself doesn't have any effect on running time or pacing or anything.

Ah, that makes sense.  Must've zoned out a little during that scene.  Thanks, guys!

In her defense, she turns out to be right; absolutely nothing goes wrong and Data is fine.

That's actually just a relativistic effect from your interest level dropping at near the speed of light.

"Ok, just let me start this recorder, and—OH GOD!"

Who are you, and what have you done with AV Club staff member Zack Handlen?!?!

I was too young to be affected by or even remember advertisements for this or any of the other fine Paramount features and productions.

One thing I'm still not quite clear on (maybe I just missed something), but was Jonas' father an Alpha with the exact same power as him, or was he just super charismatic and had the same practical effect without the superpower?

Hilariously, I played My Name is Jonas in Rock Band immediately before watching this episode. It was kind of weird.

Be that as it may, Spot, I know how fussy you can be around feeding time.

Also, I don't like the new paging.  It used to page based solely on the number of root comments, so nothing could ever get "pushed" to the second page that didn't start there.

Well, it does serve to remind the audience of Troi and Riker's past.

At least for me, the comments only float when auto-refresh is on, so I turned it off.  Refreshing the whole page seems to line everything up properly.

I think he's claiming that "Borg" as a term has detached itself from an association with Star Trek in the realm of mainstream culture.  However, I'm not sure I agree that it has.
