As a child, shocked. I had only heard that word a couple of times. Then upset. Already gathering my feminist creds. Disappointed in the entire franchise.

May I introduce you to most of the male rockstars from the 70s and 80s? I don’t think anyone ever called their dogshitty outfits “hobbies” but okay.

Can’t we just talk about his messy hair and ill-fitting suit?

How unsurprising that a plus-size woman artist be so confident that the mens have to put down their game consoles to come here and comment about it.

Same.

Meh, provocative is her brand and she has a right to it. I wouldn’t expect anything different.

Never thought I’d say “WTF is Meryl Streep thinking?”

Not interested in a sequel because it wasn’t even hinting at a romance; that was the final note. And I don’t think Cruise can do romance any better then he did in Risky Business. He’ll fire on Blunt by mistake, kill her and then he’ll spend two hours flirting with aliens.

“... all the actors are older, even though the film is set earlier than the first.”

It’s a fantastic film. There’s so much hate directed at this artist that people can’t even admit that anything she did was brilliant. All of the leads gave terrific performances and this movie had been a labor of love for Madonna for years.

Also edibles. I’ll own it: This is a shit-kicking town but people stay here because they could not deal with life Up There. I missed my chance.
I’m about ready to just post my Facebook account because a decade of anonymity is making me feel like a phony (or a coward). Are we all so afraid of people knowing who we are

Don’t make me say. I think too many people would be disappointed.

I don’t know where you live. I’m in the stale Midwest. I think that three companies own all of the dispensaries and, belive it or not, they don’t compete. They all charge the same. Some will run a “special”. All of our businesses are that way. About 20 families own everything, everyone’s in everyone else’s pocket and

Sorry, I should have said dispensaries and also Grow Sites, if that’s what they’re called. I’ve only visited two dispensaries and they seem eager to grow their real estate too: really big salesfloors in one and the other is trying to develope a sort of lounge space. My relationship with it is spotty but, my intuition

Dude, you’re all over the place. Have a Bloody Mary or something, lol.

Glad to hear that. I didn’t understand the theatres would stay open. Most of ours have been converted into cannabis despensaries. Yes, our two theatres are now AMC and they seem to chugging along, depending how long a feature stays.

In the end, it doesn’t matter how capable the candidate is; it matters how gullible the electorate is. The electorate has been feeding off of Fox news, bullshit pop psychology, TikTok, aspirational tv, Facebook and down-their-throats fear marketing for too long.

I thought they would all close ten years ago. I was wrong, but Chicago just closed all of its Kersatoes theatres. We only have two left now, where we once had eight. I don’t know how well they’re doing because I only go to the few Indie flicks they’ll show and I’m sitting with 6-8 other people,

Now playing

Join us, for a moment, in a thought experiment. You are a soldier in the Continental Army, weathering a Valley Forge winter (the harshest in the course of the entire Revolutionary War). You do this because, yes, General Washington has threatened to shoot you if you desert—but also in pursuit of your personal

I’m supporting the party. Biden was not a good vice president, imo, and he is very far from my ideal as a president. It’s great to be all rebellious and sh*t but sometimes we have to sacrifice our ideals in an un-ideal situation so that we can fight another day.
