I've made a huge mistake.
I've made a huge mistake.
Great. Now for the rest of the year I'm going to be trying to remember if "Sneakers" fits any/all of these rules.
Yay!*
I'm not quite sure where to put this comment, but I miss Meredith's TV recaps of AHS; and I wondered if she's not as on top of the show this season because it seems to be especially unsettling, *especially* in consideration of violence or situations directed towards women. Just wondering if others felt the same. The…
I threw up in my mouth a little bit at this. I like JJ as much as the next guy, but come on.
C-O-O-L is not how you spell "unsettling."
So many good comments I can't pick which to respond to in my limited time.
I like you.
That cover is pretty great. Is that a knock-off of something? If not... pretty effing great.
I hate to beat what is sounding more and more like a dead horse (a zombie horse! what WOULD that sound like? It would say, "Graaaainnnns!" Sorry), but seeing Kirk in a blue shirt and holding a phaser rifle just reaffirms for me that it must be Gary Mitchell.
Once again I find myself extremely frustrated there's no "Like" button here.
Aaaaannnnnd... actually just read Robert's whole article and see he's said as much already.
I think this is true. I scanned the website and it seems the map pictured above was produced in 2001, and is based more on geography and historical record than current conditions or climate.
I agree. I LIKE my Supes perched on top of the Planet, birds flying by, but only because when it's done right (Morrison), you believe in it DESPITE of the way the world is, not BECAUSE of it. There's nothing hopeful about a super-powerful guy just busting heads. Did you ever read Supreme?
Wholeheartedly agree. I feel Didio must be a great middle-manager who sucked up to the right people at the right time. He strikes me as that guy who, now self-proclaming himself to be an adult, decides his favorite childhood things are no longer kewl without really bothering to take the time to understand them, or…
More special than X2? That's a pretty good Xmen movie by anyone's standard, and the scene where Wolverine defends the school from Stryker's special ops team still gives me chills... especially the scene in the kitchen. I'd argue that whole sequence is one of the best super hero movie moments from the last decade.
Question for io9ers: When are going to get a "Like" button for comments on Gawker media so I can show people like mordicai that I like them without taking the time to write it out?
Leaning towards brilliant but I was disappointed in this episode.
Hey, let's be polite. Awkward social media marketers probably deserve some love, too. At least Mlle. Fondue put some work into this and didn't just tell us how her sister-in-law's cousin made $4,000 in one hour working just from her home office while eating a slice of pineapple!!!.
Someday, maybe many years from now, someone will refer to the '10s as "that time when someone thought it would be a good idea to let Jim Lee turn DC into early '90s Image," and we'll all laugh and shake our heads, maybe sort of chuckle a bit. "God, we were all assholes back then, right?" Ha ha ha, we'll say, sort of…
