I’m not sure if anyone has pointed it out, but the odd numbers with respect to Latino voters may be due to a small sample size. It’s the reason too many polls focus on different variations of white people, because the sample size is large enough to dampen statistical noise. 

The other part is storage for a set of winter tires for all post office trucks, plus the labor of switching them all. They could just run them until they need replaced, but what about trucks that don’t need tires before winter?

Same thing for the IRS, filing taxes could be muuuuch easier except one political party wants everyone to hate the government.
