instead of making lame fat-shaming jokes, you could instead not.
He’s been through a lot of shit
It’s for a role he’s playing in an Aronofsky movie about a recluse. Instead of wearing a fat suit, the man decided to actually put on the pounds. Kind of a reverse Machinist.
Out of curiosity, being one foot inside. Do the devs really thought that ending was going to be great? That the fans will be happy to finally reach the end of each companion journey, then head in to the citadel and be happy with this ending?
no way! think about it, this is the final moment, the reapers have trained you and manipulated you. the “red” ending is bad because it destroys all non-biological life, including shepard at this point. But then he breaths. That proves the lie. Red was only to destroy reapers, they just wanted to make that choice the…
They could have fixed this without extra work by confirming indoctrination theory. It’s honestly the only thing that makes sense, especially with the context of that last extra second if you 100% the game.
All hail Marauder Shields!
This response, in a nutshell, illustrates American exceptionalism at its finest.
“its about being better than all that came before .”
Then say “to do better”, rather than wrap it up in some patriotic nonsense. Hate to break it to you but most developed nations try to do better - it’s not a uniquely American invention. During the era this catchphrase was coined and freely used, “the American way” was often applied internationally without much choice…
It’s a good one.
When this catchphrase was created the American Way in a lot of this country denied basic rights to Black people. The American Way led to the internment of thousands of Japanese Americans. The American Way led to Vietnam. The American way was the concept of manifest destiny. Today we call it nation building.
I’m nit sure what it used to mean , but nowadays it seems to stand for :”Lets bend over backwards to allow rich people and corperations to fuck over our citizens..”
its about being better than all that came before .
Why on every Kotaku thread about literally any game there is someone explaining how they don’t like the game in question. I don’t want to be rude but nobody cares.
If “American way” is not about a nation, then why does it need “American” in it? If it’s about being “better than everything that came before” (ie. The past), then why is “a better tomorrow” not acceptable?
I like it.
if the quality of the offering improves - especially if we get stuff like the GBA fire emblem games etc for no additional cost I will consider it. but this is garbage right now - where is the value?
That would make sense, but Nintendo has earned something of a reputation for sitting on things that would seem to make perfect sense.
Maybe the Doctor needs some Imodium?
