Honestly I won’t care much if they just add Game Boy games, most of the good Game Boy games (and frankly there aren’t many) I played not too long ago on my 3DS.

Bold of you to think Pokemon will be part of this service, when R/B/Y cost $10 each on 3DS. Gamefreak passing on those sales to offer them as part of a general subscription? Ha!

It’s impressive how you managed to both miss their point, and make their point for them at the same time...

Knuckles: Actually, guys, if more people are complaining about He-Man whiners than about He-Man, then it so follows that most people liked the He-Man reboot and the whiners are a minority. It doesn’t mean you’re not allowed your opinion, it just means your opinion is extremely unpopular.

This one is a much better post from nerfnow.

Yea... the problem with the character development they gave Teela was that it made her an unlikable jackass. Not helping by how horribly rushed Episode 1 was.

How very brave of Double XP to ask the hard question "What if the angry online misogynists are actually the good guys?" 🙄

“They gave Teela character development” is a complaint I really have a hard time not just side-eyeing. So a revival show focused on a critically underserved character in its first half and ended up telling an interesting and novel storyline in the process?  Oh no, please don’t show me the second half of this thought

To be fair to Double-XP, It’s actually hilarious to make fun of people whining about He-Man, especially when their complaints consist of “the advertising campaign didn’t spoil pivotal plot moments and that makes me mad” and “I don’t understand how cliffhangers work”

That’s S+ tier bait and it’s hard to resist making

Penny Arcade - That might be one of the most subtle FPS trash-talk gags I have ever seen

Corpse Run joke (I think): Overwatch lets you queue as a flexible player- not bound to a certain role. Getting a DPS role is lucking out instead of tank/healer.

Oh Penny Arcade........

I gotta say, that Penny Arcade really got me with the background gag

That’s true, the original Metroid has a weaker version of Kraid that appear nearby and Super Metroid includes a smaller “Mini-Kraids” for the same purpose. It’s possible that the Kraid is still dead and that the one in Dread is a different one, all grown up.

wekll, in theory, there are baby/juvenile kraids in super metroid?

The Metroid Prime trilogy takes place between Metroid and Metroid II - Ridley was killed (or nearly killed) in Metroid, resurrected as a cyborg before Prime to create Meta Ridley, and upgraded/corrupted with Phazon to become Omega Ridley in Prime 3. He didn’t appear in the original Metroid II, but was in the 3DS

Serious question: What do people like about Clueless Hero? After months (years?) of reading it here on Kotaku I’m still struggling to understand its appeal.

Plus, although we haven’t gone to the Moon lately, we have an additional half a century of experience at doing space stuff. To put it another way, we’re about twice as far from Apollo as Apollo was from the V-2. The basic physics is eternal and in the case of the booster is unhappy (the controlled release of the

Donald trump? Bullshit, get out of here.

Wow that’s a mega deep-cut. I’m cautiously optimistic? Honestly I forgot this was animated. Since its animated I see no reason to not use Martinet as the voice of Mario given hes....the voice of Mario.
