The stand your ground law specifically states you can’t benefit from the law if you instigate the conflict. Screaming at the man’s wife, threatening her twice, and refuse to leave, isn’t instigation .... as long as your white.

God Americans are such pussies. What ever happened to facing someone like a man? He started this yelling and then he was such a coward he couldn’t face this man who confronted him? I know this falls on deaf ears, but fellow white folks, can you not see that these darker people aren’t actually animals to be shot in the street?

It is not the job of the police to decide whether this white man killing a black man over a parking space is justified because of Stand Your Ground, aka Lynching Writ Law. It’s the job of the courts. The sheriff needs to stop pontificating and arrest this man.

Someone please, please tell me there is recourse when the sheriff refuses to arrest someone. This is not his call to make. There has to be some justice here because this is not acceptable. And anyone who would shoot another man over a parking space is a danger to the public and especially to black people.

We all know had the races been reversed and it was a black man who “defended” himself by shooting a white man defending his family, that white man would be called a hero and that brother would be up under the jail and Lawyer-Sheriff Bob would be telling us all how he had no choice but to lock that brother up.
