For real. And such a cliche at this point.

HA! The balls that would take. I’d love to see it just for the sheer chutzpah.

All of this. I didn’t like it much, personally, but JFC, where did all this anger come from? Russian trolls & bots? That makes me feel a bit better.

Seems a little backwards, right? Shouldn’t they be assuming all these calls are “pranks” until confirmed otherwise?

That Penguin is very cool.

It’s the dramatic slo-mo action shot as the hero leaps through the (air/door/window/etc) to confront the bad guy! This is what says “shit’s about to get real, yo!” You can’t take that out! Sacrilege.

I don’t get the robots/mechs/cyborgs with the tiny feet thing. Sure, gyroscopes or whatever, but it looks so unstable and weird to me.

I downloaded Dragon Age: Origins when EA was giving it away as a freebie a while ago (I don’t know if it still is). I loved Baldur’s Gate and all it’s sequels and spin-offs (Planescape FTW) so I thought this would be a no-brainer. But I played DA:O for a few hours, went “man, I’m just not feelin’ it” and haven’t

Her parents don’t necessarily need to be special, but her uniquely strong untrained powers do need some sort of explanation, or at least recognition that they’re unusual.

The tiny cybernetic feet, is that a thing now? I need this explained to me, because it just looks weird and distracting, like they’re always just about to fall over.

Oh man. That Dragonslayer trailer lies.

Really slow Mass Effect elevators for everyone!

Exactly this. It’s an interesting direction to go with Luke, and IF it had worked, it could’ve been awesome. But such a fundamental change in the OT’s central protagonist needs a LOT of justification, and I just didn’t see it.

This is why in my headcannon “HP” always means ‘Hero Points’.

Oh man these games. U7 is still blows me away with how in-depth it is, so many little things. I spent I-don’t-know-how-many hours trying to get to the Shrine of Sacrifice early enough to rescue the woman but not so early that they hadn’t arrived yet. I’m still not convinced it’s impossible to save her. U7 to this day

Everything with Luke/Rey/Kylo worked, and almost everything else was varying degrees of “huh?” ALL OF THIS.

The “Cool” stat is a nostalgia cookie for fans of the old Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG. From what I recall (it’s been many many years) it’s basically a combination of willpower/social charisma. Literally, your ability to stay cool under pressure. Style was very much a part of the theme of the game (where one of the

Wait. In the gif at the top of the page, did one of his three arrows magically disappear during his spin, or did I miss something?
