Hickey saying nobody would downvote him on his birthday was and Chang pretending to be crippled was very very very reddit

See I felt last week's was lackluster and really enjoyed this episode. It was so delightfully weird and offered something that just isn't seen on any other show on television. I liked the commentary on emotional manipulation and social media, and I probably laughed more than I have most other episodes

Should we start making youtube tribute videos and semi-erotic fan art now?

The humor this season has just gotten so broad, probably because they have to stretch the stories to fill time. Sure there were some funny jokes, but it just didn't feel like the same show we're familiar with.

Right before she kicks Adam's sister out she says that it is her apartment and "for the low, low price of $2100 it could be yours." Maybe she was being hyperbolic when she said her weekly paycheck was more. I don't know, I don't really care.

She said it was more than her rent, which she told Adam's sister a few backs was around $2000. I don't live in NYC, but that is some sweet income

I didn't quite understand why Michonne freaked out when she saw the painting. Did it make her suspect that the family committed suicide? And why would they deface the portrait and then wrap it up for transport?

I haven't watched it in a while, but the show and cast are so charming that I still feel sad

I just hope they don't do to that what they did with Inspector Spacetime (it was beating a dead horse in season 4, but Harmon had already run it to the ground in season 3)

They're definitely doing a good job of making us fall in love with the mother. My two complaints would be that this episode was very rushed, as others have said a two-parter would've been better (and with their pacing problems this season I don't see any reason against it) and that the mother's quirks to be exactly

I found the episode to be very entertaining. Funny and sweet.
Curious though - is the 'telegrams' thing a British wedding custom? I've never been to a wedding that did that.

It's definitely necrotizing fasciitis. You were such a happy carefree person, now you only have hours to live *cue softcore jam while using your death as a metaphor for my personal life*

The cost for HBO is pretty fair to me. It's about double Netflix but also has a wider selection of original programming and MUCH better selection of movies. What I have to pay for cable, which probably has less selection of programming that I watch than HBO and has commercials, is pretty lame.

I think this was one of the strongest episodes. It was plenty funny, and having a theme tie all of the plotlines together (even though they didn't all converge) really helped the structure

The kids were bastards. Remember when Michelle broke Uncle Jesse's piano after he specifically told her not to play with it and then he had to apologize for yelling at her

Coach and Winston constantly shouting ''behind' in the kitchen was a highlight for me

Do you think she dosed pregnant Shirley as well?

This did remind me of the Puppet episode (as an infinitely better counterpart), and that you said the confessions were organic to characters made me think - what were the confessions in the Puppet episode? I don't even remember anymore, likely because they were shoehorned in rather than used to reveal better depths of

I think the Manny and Luke plot was exactly the same to a Boy Meets World episode.
As a high schooler that took as many AP classes as Alex and a pre-med in college, Alex's story was relatable to me.

This seemed to be the most fun the cast and writer have had in a while. I enjoyed the episode, found it to be refreshing. Sure it was filler, but it was funnier than the show has allowed itself to be in a while. To each their own I guess, but it seems like some commenters really just hate the show but feel they still
