You’re a horrendous person if you celebrate a death like this.

“The problem is that the instructor pilots, the check airmen as they are called, are leaving and resigning from that job because the work conditions are so horrid.”
This line of thinking always puzzles me. Can Amazon not be a victim just because they’re Amazon and have tons of money? What if it was a prescription dropped off by the local pharmacy? Or a box of groceries dropped off by a neighbor or food pantry? You see where I’m going with this?
I’ll excuse your comment because I assume these types of things aren’t happening in your neighborhood by “It’s a package from amazon, they’ll send you another one.”
<Agreed. No one is out stealing packages of porches for shits & giggles when they have a job that pays them enough to live.>
Porch pirates are usually a low priority but once in a while you run into cops who’ve had a bunch of _their_ stuff stolen.
Seems odd that they didn’t specify the electrical system accurately in the first place, but it’s Amtrak.
Fix it just like a VW
I know what they’d choose in America, but I’d have thought Europe would be better than us.
Even if the vehicle was stalled out, the incline of the bridge would allow gravity to roll the vehicle back out onto solid ground without harm.
I know. Which is why I might have sounded a little like a school teacher.
it seems ridiculous that a party that won 11.5 percent of the vote could prevent a policy wanted by 60 percent of people.
Hauling ass, likely drunk, staring at cops, car goes the way your head points.
I am always of an advocate of the “here first” rule, and that includes both airports and racetracks.
How dare that airport continue to exist after being there for 50 years before the houses showed up.
Nah. The computers will read the tail number and then send the bill to some unsuspecting car owner with a similar plate number.
Lol I’ve never seen a freeway that empty in my life (lived in southern CA)
Oh you know they will. And no transponder so upcharge!
It would’ve been better stated that Buttonville’s field elevation is 650 MSL (above sea level), at at 2000' MSL altitude, the aircraft was at 1350 AGL (above ground level).
wonder if the 407 will send them a bill
