Yesterday, my office didn’t have running water, but they didn’t close because we could use the bathroom at a church two blocks away. Instead of doing that, I burnt some comp time and bailed mid day. Is there any mild office inconvenience worse than no bathrooms/water?

Argument that started in my office today: Which city has the best signature dish? NY pizza, Chicago deep-dish, DC half smoke, Baltimore crab cake, that sandwich from Pittsburgh with fries on it? Other?
