Shouldn’t have to - I agree with you.

Ugh. I was so happy to find those pills exist, but I have just never had a great experience with them. I don’t think I get the dosage right when I try them, maybe. Seriously, if someone handed me a nice ice cream cone and some tablets right now, I would turn it down. :(

I grew up with a rather overweight (and very uncomfortable with her body) mother. I spent my entire childhood with her preparing for me to eventually explode, weight-wise... every item of clothing she ever bought me was too large. (I’m 30, and have a shirt she bought me when I was 7 that I still wear occasionally.

It sounds like you’ve had a completely unrelated experience that you’re using as leverage to judge people in a different situation that you’ve never actually met.

Just because you have experienced loud assholes at least once in your life doesn’t mean that these women were doing the exact same thing. You’re channeling your anger at an unrelated incident towards women who don’t deserve your judgment.

God, you sound like a treat of a person. I’m an actual fucking introverted librarian who usually prefers quite evenings at home, and I think I have a better tolerance for general joy than you do.

I’m totally on your side, WHEN the situation is actually a quiet, classy one, and one group is being loud and disruptive. If this was a quiet jazz bar full of quiet conversation, and there was one group of drunkies hooting and laughing as loud as can be, I’d be on your side. It’s rude for one person or group to ruin
