This sounds like Christmas in Lake Woebegon visits Kraft Theater recipes (in the 50's). Even as a little kid, watching those Kraft recipes gave me the dry heaves. My mother was way too enlightened to prepare those.

Actually, no. When I first read about this several years ago, I checked out my perfect diet and everything I loved were no-no's.
