GM sells almost as many Silverados as Honda does Civics & CR-V’s combined. The Accord isn’t even in the top ten and GMC Sierra outsells the Accord by 50,000+ units.  It’s common knowledge that the profit margin one full sized trucks is better than small cars and CUV’s.  Looks like “fuck it” works pretty damn good

You’d be surprised what data new cars are recording (behind the scenes) on a 24 hour basis..i.e. when you start it, when you shut it off, what radio station you’re listening to, when the door was opened. There’s a company called Berla that was making interfaces that worked well with the infotainment systems on

The only excitement in this race came at the end when both Red Bull and Mercedes gambled for the fastest lap point, which had both my son and I howling. Otherwise, a snooze fest.

Two dollars indeed!  Diane Franklin’s presence didn’t hurt either.

“..just happened Max, you know - a piece from here and a piece from there....”

I loved McGarrett’s hardtop black Merc as a kid...when all the window were down. “Book’em Dano!”

I’ll see your grungy terrifying Peterbuilt and raise with a stunning Ford W Series Blue Mule with the late great Jan Micheal Vincent as Carrol-Jo Hummer behind the wheel jumping through glass letters as a giant middle finger to “the man”.

I missed the part about the auto trans requirement. Thanks for pointing that out to me. With that said, I was originally shopping an auto equipped 124 Spider and test drove one - I was not disappointed. However, I couldn’t complete trade-in deal on it. I eventually found a new ‘19 124 with a stick that was the

Yeah...this exactly. F1 is currently 17 overpriced moving pylons for the top three racers.

Fiat Dealers are giving these away. I’ve been shopping the 124 for a year and the discontinuation of the model came at the exact time I had cash in hand to buy mine last November. Got 33% off list on fully loaded Lusso with a stick. Good ride, good fuel economy, great transmission, killer sound system and they look

This was a close second. I’m showing my age.

Man, if there ever was a model year where every single car was hideous, it was 1959.

OK, you win.

Jeez I’d love to see F1 drivers go back to using a round steering wheel and shifting their own gears....but I’m old.

Agreed.  Under his watch, GM products were simply stunning.  I often wonder how he would handled the safety standards that wreaked havoc on vehicle styling in the mid 70's.

And they will be replaced with heated trunk lids and liftgates in order to keep you hands warm in the winter when you’re pushing your Nissan.

Now playing

It’s obvious (see attached) that this entitled little shit’s behaviour was learned - from his old man, who owns the track where the incident occurred. First the bumper throw, then he charges the kid while he’s still seated in his kart, followed by his old man charging the kid into a wall after his son was subdued by

You’re missing the point. It’s all relative to timelines. They were called Muscle cars back in the day because they were equipped with the most powerful engines around, making them faster than regular cars. Just because today’s muscle cars can both handle and go fast in a straight line, doesn’t mean they aren’t

The current ZL1-1LE and the GT-500 beg to differ. They are the “muscle cars” of today when compared to their V6 equipped bretherin. Out of the box, they will eat the lunch of anything coming out of 1969. Hell, even the current V6 models will run low 14 sec. 1/4 miles. Sadly, we will never have the styling choices
