I know; it’s crazy!  And some of the voices in the trailer definitely sound a bit off.  Still, I’m happy for new B5 content!

This new season looks great! So glad infuriating Colin Robinson is back, he’s always been a highlight for me.

It’s been a long road, gettin’ from there to here….

I remain astounded that we’ve lost more Babylon 5 actors than we have for all the Star Treks combined.

It could have been the similar sort of error that Night of the Living Dead did by forgetting to Copyright the film.

Y’all probably don’t know about it but in 1984 John Sayle’s released “The Brother from Another Planet” and it is so good and funny and earnest. I don’t even know how it’s in the public domain but it is! Enjoy.

The trending twitter hashtag for his death was #comicsbrokeme

It could have been an illness. Cancer for example doesn't give a shit how old you are.

It probably doesn’t help that they put all their eggs into one basket by trying to appeal exclusively to their existing hardcore fans by only making content that they want to see, rather than trying to branch out and reach new readers. This was a fate that videogames seem to have narrowly avoided, though there’s a lot

Yeah, my page rate wasn’t great in ‘92, but I made up for in royalties that were more than what I initially made on the whole book. But by ‘95 though, that all went away because the whole industry cratered and prints run were low. Most people weren’t getting royalty checks by then.

I spent 3 years working in comics in the 90's and I know very few people who stayed in. The ones who did though, tell me what page rates from the Big Two are these days and it’s insane that they are sometimes actually lower than when I was still in the industry over 25 years ago. Comics is an awful business run by

At time of writing, his mother did not disclose an official cause of his passingg, instead using her words to eulogize her son.

That’s Matt Damon.

They should sell a bundle with a regular Barbie doll, a pack of markers, and a pair of scissors for you to make your own.

Wonder if she’s thinking about dying.

Future Man deserved to be a huge hit.  And Wolf deserves a spin-off that lasts for like nine seasons.

I imagine the residuals requirements are different for it. Disney must not need to pay as much since it was developed long before the current system was in place.

Money. If it’s available to watch somewhere, the people involved have to get paid. Even if it’s only percents of a penny, it adds up and the owners don’t want to pay it.

A few reasons:
