Honda’s middle seat belt design comes from the roof, so the pano roof on the Elite trim prevents that from being installed.  They’d have to design their bench to have an integrated belt to have both a bench and the pano roof.

08 TL - This car predates push button start being as mainstream as it is today; however, if you put the key in the ignition and flick it forward (rather than hold it forward to start), it’ll crank the starter the appropriate duration to start the motor.  

I meant 3 seats & seat belts.  I don’t think I could fit 3 car seats in the back of our Pilot (2014). 

It would be nice if it offered an 8 passenger option.  The wife won’t drive a minivan, and needing that one extra seat limits upmarket options in the SUV/crossover market when you don’t want the Suburban/Navigator barges every day.

Father of 6 checking in...I had (maybe unrealistic) hopes that the tighter packaging of the motors would allow for 3 seats in the third row, like our Pilot. Same went for the Model X though. Is it because of the half shafts and articulation that they have to scrunch in the back?

And they still included window shades for the kids.

I’d have been more excited to see them try to give Bollinger and Tesla an early middle finger with a ridiculously high priced all-electric Silverado than continuing to iterate through the IC-downsizing game.

100% agree.  I’ve been there several times, and if I’m not mistaken I think that’s pretty close to the Indycar speeds.
