Wasn't Black supposed to be the Burnout of shooters? And didn't Criterion already make of those games? And isn't the lead dev from Black already making a spiritual successor to Black?

If there is some type of RPG-esque leveling system like Borderlands (the little "+points" graphics seen above make my heart flutter) then I am all in. That game was the most entertaining FPS I've played in years. Possibly ever.

Huh. This is interesting. Could definitely get me back into playing BC2 online (I took a break for the GTAIV expansions, HotD: Overkill, and soon God of War 3).

Where are people reading the article's info from? When I hit the GI link it goes to the site main page and then I search for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 but no new articles show up.

@enlargedhousecat: Wow. I never knew that it had been a PC game, let alone a free indie one. Thanks!

If it takes them a solid six months or so to create a new map pack, it really makes you wonder about how much hard work went into the first set of maps and whether or not they were ready when the game shipped.

@N-Robes: Seriously. Nintendo has bastardized every single one of their characters at some point or another (Mario Party 37, anyone?)

I think this has a chance to be a pretty awesome and original platformer. I'm really looking forward to this and de Blob 2. The anticipation for them is the only thing keeping my Wii attached to my TV at this point.

@DRaGZ: He doesn't team up with Oswald. From what they've released Oswald is the bad guy who is jealous of Mickey's success and exacts revenge.

@billysan: You call people "stupids" and rip on a set of people who have a medical condition that affects their daily quality of life in a manner you clearly don't comprehend or respect. Pot, kettle. Kettle, pot.

@ThisDudeRufus: It's funnier because the sniper rifle headshot kill in the series is such blatant over the top gore. You'd think the person BLOWING UP CRANIUMS in his day-to-day routine would find it advantageous to add a barrier between such bullets and his own skull.

@jihadjoe343: No reason those bulking masses can't have a Camelback built in. Soldiers have 'em nowadays. Soldiers also have helmets.

It amazes me that these men in the midst of a war keep taking off their armor and not putting more on. I hope they address it in the game as a nod to those of us who thinks it's moronic.

This only reminded me how pissed I am that Nintendo hasn't released a new Starfox, Kirby, Donkey Kong, or F-Zero title for the Wii yet. Thanks a lot.

@The Cap'n: de Blob 2 and Epic Mickey are the only two Wii titles I plan to purchase in the foreseeable future.

@enlargedhousecat: Yeah, which version is that? Is that the sequel, 'cause that character doesn't look nearly as cool as the original Blob.

@anfervazquez: I don't understand your point. I think the entire point is to purposely make those connections. Make people think. Make them realize it's not just computer graphics and a joystick. It's people. It's real issues. It's right now.

Isn't this exactly what gaming on the next iPhone is going to be like?

@Ash Ketchum: I actually prefer in-game help. (Notice I didn't say tutorials, per se.)
