I’d be totally down for this. Completely divorce Wonder Woman from the DCEU and just make it it’s own series. That way they can go back and do a Cold War version, a WWII version, an Ancient Greece version - any time period they want. Even a futuristic version . . .

You know what, though? As long as they managed to switch up the villain / story each time, that could actually be kinda cool. Seeing how Etta Candy changes from time period to time period, seeing how different periods react to Diana showing up in Themysciran garb, the “Diana gets a period-appropriate outfit” scene

I agree that that was a shitty thing for him to say, but there’s plenty of blame to go around for creating that travesty - from changing the lead to a bratty American tourist all the way down to costuming, the whole tone of the thing was entirely, almost deliberately, wrong.

Cleveland has a style of pizza = Cracker thin, square cut.

Michael Symon is mostly known for making picky midwesterners try bone marrow, lol.

There is the little known cleveland style (popularized by greatest cheap pizza chain “Marcos”) which is just cracker thin crust square cut.

Right, but I wasn’t suggesting anyone do that.

In any case, someone who’s been dead and buried for decades certainly isn’t profiting from their work; their estate is, so any debate over whether or not financial support should continue should center around that.

But, yeah, basically, we agree—with one caveat: I’ve always

It’s like looking at batman with a wig, her cowl in the comics had that widows peak and somewhat of a wolverine but toned down more so look.

I was thinking the same thing. They got everything right except something about the cowl. It makes her face look a little misshapen.

They have entirely different textures, flavors, crusts and cheese.

Covers too much of her forehead, and it looks like it’s in two pieces which is odd. It also looks too close to the one Bale wore in the Dark Knight, which is, to me, a bit dated now. I think it should have been closer to the comic—like armor plate. More angular and hard-edged (the soft features on the brow don’t help).

it is because the “Widows-peak” is covered. In the comics the mask stops that the very top of her forehead, actually exposing some skin between the hairline and her forehead. Plus there is a very distinct separation in material from the mask to the cowl, it isn’t as flat black and streamlined as it is in the comics,

Oh my god. Did employees launch into violent hysterics?

My guess? The person watched Pulp Fiction not too long ago and assumed that everyone gets comfy and chats until ROBBERY!!!

I see a blonde head and I want to dye it black.

No. The answer is an obvious and resounding no.

Aw. Not a fun fact for the astronauts. That stuff is the tits! Wonder what they got in replace of it?

From the USA Today article (conveniently left out of this one):

Shut the holy hell up and take my goddamn money.

Dammit take your star and enjoy it

My thoughts exactly! I guess someone had to bring up The Princess Bride sooner or later. XD
