I’d be totally down for this. Completely divorce Wonder Woman from the DCEU and just make it it’s own series. That way they can go back and do a Cold War version, a WWII version, an Ancient Greece version - any time period they want. Even a futuristic version . . .

Seeing how Etta Candy changes from time period to time period, seeing how different periods react to Diana showing up in Themysciran garb, the “Diana gets a period-appropriate outfit” scene…

I agree that that was a shitty thing for him to say, but there’s plenty of blame to go around for creating that travesty - from changing the lead to a bratty American tourist all the way down to costuming, the whole tone of the thing was entirely, almost deliberately, wrong.

I was thinking the same thing. They got everything right except something about the cowl. It makes her face look a little misshapen.
